Model #12 by Phoenix Caster Company of Indianapolis, IN, dated May 9, 1916.
EXTREMELY RARE, EXTRA LARGE size! 6" overall height. 4” diameter wheels in 4 3/4" wide forks. 4 1/8" x 6 1/4" mounting plates. Each caster weighs over 10 lbs.
