Dear Shopper: Obviously this tiny niche business is mostly about my passion for finding and getting these unique items into the hands of new caretakers, than anything else. Your satisfaction with your purchase is of utmost importance to me. If you find that your item isn’t meeting your expectations or project needs, please feel free to return within 14 days in unused condition for a refund.

Please know that I wish to make the return as easy for you as possible, but since I’m only a tiny business without corporate accounts with the major carriers and the typical return services available, my return process is a little more ‘old school’. If the original shipping package is in re-usable condition, I can email a prepaid return shipping label specific to that package. If that’s not an option, I will try to come up with an alternative. US Postal Service shipments can be handed to your postal carrier or dropped at the Post Office; UPS or FedEx packages will need to be dropped at one of their branch offices. Will process your refund upon receipt of the item. I greatly appreciate your understanding that I will need to deduct this return shipping cost from the refund.
