1920s’ set of 4 heavy duty swivel stem casters. Thick cast iron wheels in steel forks. Ball bearing swivel mechanism under top plate. Although the threaded stem was designed to be bolted to a factory cart, today it’s ideal for mounting to slim table legs (an extremely rare configuration for such a heavy duty antique caster). Great structural and operational condition. Refurbished- soaked in degreaser and scrubbed with wire brushes to remove thick factory grime, leaving a clean, but aged patina.
